Based on their support page phone support maybe a secret. On the front page a fly-out indicates 24/7 phone support but we don't find a support number in the usual places. Perhaps it's in a user's control pane.
Per the support page, support is available through email and support tickets. There is also a knowledge base and setup tutorials.
This is a well known, large host.
